Why this exists

Beer Study Buddy was created by Greg Besso, a longtime craft beer fan who has spent the past 15 years exploring beer, learning from the industry, and looking for ways to connect a passion for technology with a passion for craft beer.

Greg passed the Certified Beer Server exam in January 2022 and the Certified Cicerone® exam in June 2023. Since then, he has continued studying beer-centered content across styles, service, tasting, brewing process, draught quality, and pairing.

The goal is straightforward: make structured beer study easier to return to, easier to navigate, and more useful for people who are preparing for exams or simply want to understand beer more deeply.
